Chicken minced meat
What you have to understand is that this ad ran in the 80s when Estonia was still occupied by the Soviet Union. In SU there were no private companies nor were there much goods available. The ads were not designed to increase sales of the manufacturer as there were no companies. This ad was to announce a new product that you can buy in the shops – chicken minced meat. It was a novel product in the time.
But yeah – its totally weird.
