This past Sunday, we had a fancy potluck. Everyone brought such great food! These pictures were taken before half the guests arrived, so they don’t really do the potluck justice (I was too distracted to take pictures once our table was filled with so much yummy looking food).
Some of the things we ate were sushi, stuffed mushrooms, couscous “caviar” and arame salad, tofurkey pate, mini veggie wraps, rum balls, pudding cake, chocolate cake, carrot walnut jalapeno salad, mint tabbouli salad, vegetable crepes, sweet potato blintzes, etc. etc. etc.
Our guests were so classy – the epitome of “wealth and elegance.” Check them out:
