A couple weeks ago, I mentioned the Magical Loaf Studio and I said I was going to try it out. I have made several loafs since then, with varying results. You really have to use the recipe as a basic guideline, using common sense to add ingredients or change the loaf’s consistency if needed.
This is my favorite loaf that I’ve made so far. I made one for me, which I signed with ketchup, and one for a dinner party I had last week. I served it with mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed broccoli, cheese-less macaroni and cheese, and cornbread. Lots of starch, but really good.

Here is what I used: oil, garlic, carrots, celery, onions, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, jalapenos, cooked red lentils, uncooked oatmeal, vegetable broth, garbanzo bean flour, flax seed meal, sage, oregano, parsley, nutritional yeast, bragg’s liquid aminos, and black pepper.
